the cost of all meals was very expensive compared to eating out, no facilities for tea or coffee making in the room. The hotel was noisy particularly at night and early morning due mainly to doors slamming caused mainly by the lack of door dampening.

It was a wonderful hotel and had everything one could ask for. Excellent facilities and would classify it as a five star. The rooms were spacious and had good views. The Hotel aparently has been recently renovated and one can enjoy the ambience.
The staff could have been a bit more friendly specially the bar service was poor and slow.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to amazing Puerto Banus and excellent bars and restaurants. Amazing breakfast with options to cater for intolerances, 3 meals meals plus prosecco included, it had so much choice.
